- If you purchase a course and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- If the course was purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Live Classes & Webinars:
- Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
- No refunds will be issued for missed live sessions.

Subscription-Based Services:
- If you cancel a subscription before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged again, but refunds for past payments are not available.

Custom Training & Consulting Services:
- Refunds for custom training or consultation services will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- If a cancellation request is made before the service begins, a partial refund may be issued.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Order ID or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documents or proof of purchase
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the allowed refund period (as mentioned above).
- The course or service has been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
- Technical issues caused by the user’s internet connection or device compatibility.
- Failure to attend a scheduled class, webinar, or consultation.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Depending on the payment method and bank processing times, the amount may take additional days to reflect in your account.
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Tatwer Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
